A suspension hole rises at the top of the cross and below this INRI. The detailed figure of Christ is in relief. Symbols of the Passion of Christ carved on the front of the cross include three stars, a hammer, pincers, a maniple, a ladder, a spear and at the bottom there is a skull and crossed bones, a cock rising from a pot and three three-lashed scourges.
