License eligible archaeologists compiling applications for licenses to excavate/ Ministerial Consents for submission to the National Monuments Service can contact the IAD Duty Officer to make an appointment to access the NMI Topographical files database and archives located in the National Museum of Ireland – Archaeology, Kildare Street, Dublin 2.

When requesting forms please indicate the number of forms required and supply a return postal address.
