The National Museum of Ireland at Collins Barracks, Dublin 7, is set to come alive for Tradfest 2025 with the historic Clarke Square hosting a series of concerts as part of this joyful celebration of Irish music and identity.
Collins Barracks is one of a number of key historic landmark sites across the city participating in Tradfest this January.

To celebrate Tradfest at Collins Barracks, the National Museum of Ireland is holding a series of free tours and activities to highlight the remarkable history of music-making in Ireland and to showcase the exquisite musical instruments in the Museum's collections.
All events are free and no booking is required.

Music Makers in the National Museum's Collection - Tour

This Tradfest, find your rhythm by exploring the instruments on display in the National Museum of Ireland - Decorative Arts & History. Join our guides on a free public tour of the galleries and learn about the history of Irish music-making throughout the centuries. Booking not required, however spaces are limited.
