As part of the What's the Scéal storytelling event series, delivered in partnership with Poetry Ireland, join one of Ireland’s foremost storytellers, Niall de Búrca, for a special performance at 7pm on Saturday, 3 December.
Niall will perform a series of stories inspired by the National Folklife Collection, which he has developed over the past two decades working with the NMI - Country Life.

About Niall de Búrca
A native of the west of Ireland, Niall has shared the Irish storytelling tradition on six continents in countries as diverse as Poland, India and Argentina.
In 2021, he toured his Wild Atlantic Tales in theatres along the west coast from Kerry to Derry. As well as performing in festivals and museums, his storytelling in education programmes are hugely popular for all ages.
