HERITAGE WEEK: Turlough Story Sharing Evening

Turlough Archaeological and Heritage Society are inviting people to join them at the National Museum of Ireland - Country Life, Turlough Park, Castlebar, for a special Heritage Week event from 7pm to 9pm on Wednesday, 21 August 2024.

All are welcome to come along to this evening of story sharing and reminiscing, which has come about as an output of the Turlough Action Plan that is being developed by Abarta Heritage on behalf of Turlough Archaeological and Heritage Society.

The event is an opportunity for people to hear about the work being undertaken as part of the plan as well as an opportunity to share stories and memories about times past in the area. The wonderful history, folklore and archaeology of the area will also be discussed.

Admission is free. No booking required. This event takes place in the Courtyard Workshop Room from 7pm to 9pm on Wednesday, 21 August 2024.
