Join us for a special, behind-the-scenes tour of the Conservation studios of the National Museum of Ireland.

Meet the team of people responsible for preserving the Museum's collections for years to come, learn all about the treatments an object goes through before being put on display, and explore the details of its history that emerge under the microscope.

This free public tour will begin in Reception at Collins Barracks at 2pm, Thursday 6 March

This event is currently sold out due to high interest in this tour. Please keep an eye on the link below as slots may become available closer to the time of the event.

Please note that tickets are limited to 4 per group. Please book a place for every member of your group, including yourself. Children must be accompanied by an adult. 

On the day, please come to Reception to check in at least 10 minutes before the start of the tour. Please note that photography in the Conservation studios is not permitted.
