Did you know many of the Hallowe'en celebrations we enjoy today owe their origins to an ancient Celtic festival called Samhain?
Hear from our expert Museum guides at our Samhain display in the exhibition galleries to find out why Hallowe'en is so spooky and see our ghost turnip and scary masks. Then join artist Breda Burns to see how you can turn your facemask into a terrifying disguise to go with any Halloween costume.
This is a free talk and art workshop activity, suitable for families. Booking is essential and places are limited. Telephone (094) 90 31751 or book now by email.
