As part of our Christmas programme of events at the National Museum at Turlough Park, choose from one of a series of festive themed workshops to enjoy!

Celebrate the magic of Christmas with a fun-filled day of workshops perfect for families to enjoy together. Both events offer a variety of hands-on activities that bring the festive spirit to life. Create your own Christmas Wreath or Cosy Christmas Decorations to bring home and cherish over the Christmas season.

Both events are free and are family friendly events but please note that spaces are limited so booking is required.

Christmas Wreath Making Workshop

Join artist Lindsay McConnell as she guides you through crafting your very own Christmas wreath, perfect for adding a personal touch to your home this festive season.

Materials will be provided but children must be accompanied by an adult and supervised.

Cosy Christmas Crafts Workshop

Using natural and recycled items, make your own Cosy Christmas Decorations with guidance and direction from crafter Isolde Dingerkus. Discover how to transform every day items found around your home into unique, Christmas decorations to add a personal touch to your festive decor.

Materials will be provided but children must be accompanied by an adult and supervised.
