Motor lorry destroyed by the IRA, 1920-1921
The remains of a burnt motor lorry, destroyed by the IRA. Written on back is "Taken by Prof. Von Sydow, remains of British military lorry, destroyed near Beal Atha an Ghaorthaidh, 1920 or 1921.
The lorry was possibly destroyed by an IRA under-road land mine.
