Cartoon postcard on the Labour Strikes of the War of Independence, which saw transport stoppages damage the British authorities to move supplies around Ireland during 1920. Depicts a British soldier and a Royal Irish Constabulary constable stopping a train; the Irish Engine Driver saying "Steam is off, Black and Tan. Nothin' doin' ".
